Another from the “what the..” department.. 
An Aussie watching a film in the US has been convicted of assault for tapping a rude moviegoer on the shoulder for accepting a call on a mobile phone and then carrying on a conversation whilst the movie was on! Her conviction carried a fine of US$176.
Sheer madness…

Evidently, the correct response would be to bring up your bluetooth-enbabled PDA and trash the loudmouth’s ‘phone.
