Ok, understand that your in Mongolia. But seems your visiting only very very cheap resraurant and internet cafes, that is what your problem about. Anywhere with a tight budget you will get the very same service. Sorry that I am telling this, however, mostly backpackers who visited Mongolia writing their stories about Mongolia, how cheap they spent their holiday. What I wanna to tell you is you need to spend more money on your travel, if your budget is thing, so then what to do, you will receive very low quality service fitted to your pocket.
