Apparently “governments are spending more money on intelligence” after September 11th.
Strange that I’ve not noticed any spontaneous outbreaks of common sense from them recently..

Ah well, there’s a world of difference between intelligence and common sense. Mind you, I haven’t noticed much intelligence from governments either. Our government is currently indulging in eating its young.

Good point, but it wouldn’t have read as well if I’d repeated “intelligence”.
