Marshall Kirk McKusick [1] and the “Unix Heritage Society [2]” have released a 4 CD set [3] that contains, amongst other treasures, a complete set of the various BSD UNIX releases ever done, from 1BSD through to 4.4BSD (both regular and “lite” (sic) versions).
