Jon Oxer has a great blog on dealing with email [1], based on the idea of Inbox Zero [2] from Merlin Mann.
He also links to a video recorded at a great talk Merlin did for Google [3], it’s an hour long but worth listening too – plus you’ll get an insight into working on the inside of Google from the questions at the end – it’s heartening to hear them complain about the same problems that affect us mere mortals.
