Two Mag 6+ Quakes in Argentina in 20 Minutes

The USGS is reporting two large earthquakes in Salta, Argentina, overnight. There was a Mag 6.9 at 12:23 UTC and 20 minutes later a Mag 6.4 at 12:43.
