Game Over! I remember that game on the Commodore 64. It had a rather risqué advertisement, feature in Zzap! 64 and the like. The game was an incredibly hard flickscreen shoot-em-up released in 1987 (Imagine were the publishers and Martin Galway did the music on the C64 version).
